Communication from Hello Host was excellent. Their check in/ check out information was very detailed and they responded promptly when we contacted them about an issue.
Very well equipped accommodation and a view of the marina was a bonus.
It would have been helpful to know when we were booking, that the accommodation was on the 3rd level of the building as we had my 97 year old mother with us. Amazingly, she managed the 2 flights of stairs, but it did limit the number of times she was able to go out with us during our stay.

Clean and today with everything I needed. Great location close to shops
The beds need to be updated as the were old out dated and very uncomfortable. Washing machine/Dryer could certainly be added to the room.
