The entire home is yours. It`s a brand new build, so everything is clean, modern and just as it should be.

There are two living areas, so everyone gets their own space. The main open-plan living opens through sliding doors to the alfresco, with a big, comfortable recliner lounge in front of the smart TV. A separate front lounge has a second TV and a proper work desk, so you can actually get things done if you need to.

The kitchen has a gas cooktop and oven, a dishwasher, a full-size fridge, a walk-in pantry and a Nespresso machine with a milk frother for your morning coffee. The smart TV is loaded with Netflix, Disney+, Stan and Prime, plus free-to-air, and the wifi is quick enough to work from.

Three bedrooms sleep the whole group. The main has a queen, its own ensuite and a walk-in robe. There`s a second queen room, and a bunk room with two sets of bunks that sleeps four, which the kids will love. A sofa bed in the front lounge gives you a bit of extra flexibility if you need it. Every bed has quality linen, ceiling fans keep the rooms cool, and towels are provided.

Two bathrooms, plus a separate toilet, so no one`s waiting in the mornings. There`s a proper laundry too, with a washer and dryer, an iron and an airer, so you can travel light and go home with clean clothes.

Ducted reverse-cycle heating and cooling keeps every room comfortable, summer or winter. Out the back, the undercover alfresco has an outdoor dining setting and a gas BBQ, opening onto a lawned backyard with room for the kids to run around.

This is a quiet, residential street. Please keep noise down, especially outside and in the evenings. Quiet hours are 9pm to 8am.

No parties, events or extra visitors. The home is for the guests on the booking only, up to 8.

No smoking or vaping inside. If you smoke outside, please keep it away from the house and dispose of everything safely.

The bunk room has two sets of bunks. For safety, the top bunks aren`t suitable for children under 9.

No pets, sorry.

Please park in the garage or driveway, and don`t block the neighbours. Please also take care backing out, the visibility to the south is low, consider pedestrians and other drivers please.

The home is brand new, so please treat it as if it were your own. Accidents happen, if something breaks or spills just let us know so we can sort it.

Check-out is by 10am. A check-out list can be found in the house manual and will also be sent through prior to checkout. Enjoy your stay, and don`t hesitate to reach out if you need anything.
