Siamo stati molto bene. Un pò lontano dal centro, ma comunque i mezzi sono vicini e puntuali

L'appartamento è fornito del necessario e viene lasciato un kit di benvenuto con caffè solubile e the. Fortunatamente sotto casa c'è un piccolo ed economico supermercato che permette un rapido rifornimento di qualunque cosa. La zona è residenziale, non caratteristica, ma dotata di molti negozi, bar e ristoranti.

L'appartamento è piccolo, in un condominio dove ci sono altri appartamenti dello stesso gestore e, seppur ben tenuto, non è proprio la casa ideale per una famiglia come la nostra di 5 persone.

Gutes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis für Städte-Trips

Für den Besuch des Spiels von Eintracht Frankfurt im Camp Nuo war die Unterkunft sehr gut gelegen und in möglicher Laufweite zu diesem, sowie in kurzer Reisezeit zum Flughafen. Die Ausstattung war für unsere Anforderung genau richtig.

Badezimmer war leider etwas klein für größer gewachsene Menschen und hatte leider kein Fenster, aber in Summe alles zu verschmerzen.

Det fanns inte allt i lägenheten som Booking. com specificerat i bokningen - men värden var väldigt snabb på att ordna fram detta vid påpekande.

Bonito, cómodo y limpio.

El apartamento está limpio, tiene todos los útiles necesarios y aire/calefacción en todas las habitaciones. Las camas son cómodas y la calle es, en general tranquila. Además está cerca de supermercados, paradas de bus y metro, el centro comercial Gran Vía 2 y la Fira de Gran Vía. Peter fue encantador y nos facilitó mucho las cosas. Es probablemente el mejor alojamiento en el que hemos estado en Barcelona.

El único pero es que la cisterna se estropeó durante nuestra estancia, pero mandaron enseguida a alguien a arreglarla. No es algo a tener cuenta pues en un apartamento vacacional es normal que alguna cosa falle por el uso.

the perfect stay for Sonar festival

we were lucky enough to be on the last floor and to have a nice terrasse, very nice to dry a loundry and to chill out. as we were here for the sonar festival we were just 10min away and that was brilliant. bedding is quite new and comfortable. all facilities you need. there are three different lines of metro plus the train less than 10 mins away. easy access to the beach!

Maybe because of the terrasse we had a very small living room and “public” area. that was a bit annoying for 6 people. also we had only one bath room and one toilet for three bedrooms. we were a bit struggling in the morning. if you plan on spending your time in Barcelone city center you are a bit far away..

everything except the extra charge and the party organized by other residents was OK

everything could have been fine if not for the fact that in the middle of the stay (exactly on Wednesday) there was a party in the apartment above - after the owner's reaction the situation did not improve much.

Unfortunatly the pictures about the apartment doesn’t represents the real condition of the flat! The furniture is much more older and very used, the carpet dirty like it was never cleaned, in the bathroom you could see mold on many places. The staircase in the building was so loud, we couldn’t sleep in the first room of the apartement! We had some problems with the refund of the deposite, it took one month to get it back, instead of 14 days, as written in the contract. Never again this company.

-The location is close to the conference. -Fairly clean and has a/c.

-The beds including the pillows were not comfortable. -Bad smell at the building entrance and the flat. -Noisy, can hear the people in the other flats.

Unfriendly and harsh treatment from the woman who attended us. Be careful with the contract and the almost hidden extra fees.

not fresh and not clean apartment!

not clean, not fresh, bad smell (kind of long time wet, dirt smell). cleaning items were too dirty. we bought new ones just to clean the apartment for ourselves. someplaces like light switch was too dirty like they never cleaned before. bed sheets, bed line and towels were not fresh.

Convenient location, shops , public transport. The apartment was very neat and peaceful and check in staff excellent.
