This apartment is able to be rented for a short term stays and it's located 10 minutes walking distance from the Feria de Barcelona and 5 minutes from the commercial mall Gran Via 2. At 10 minutes by car from the Camp Nou. Also a few meters from this accommodation you will be able to find all the facilities that could possibly need, included supermarkets, pharmacies and banks. Related with the public transport, this apartment is perfectly communicated with Barcelona city center through the metro and bus services, also perfectly connected with the airport. The closest metro station Ildefons Cerdà (L8) can be found at 1 minute walking, and 5 minutes walking distance from the stop Europa | Fira (L8 y L9). There are numerous bus lines as well next to these apartments for short stays. This apartment is perfect for business people who want to rest next to the Fira Gran Via and don't want to waste time moving to the events that could be placed there and also are looking for a fast and high quality internet WIFI. Payment by American Express has a 4% surcharge of the remaining amount. Deposit:The deposit has to be done by credit card (Visa/Mastercard) and will be re-deposited at the day of departure or the following working day in case of a Sunday or bank holiday. In exceptional cases, you will be able to pay the security deposit in cash and will be returned on departure day by our agent between 9:00 and 11:00 (service cost 30 euros). Lovely but lacking a little bit

Very spacious and clean throughout. Great location, walking distance to everything. Pool was clean and beautiful so lay around on the lounges. However... Wifi was working for one day and then was not for the remainder of our stay (4 days). We rented dvds and then unfortunately found that the DVD player did not work. No batteries either in the dvd remote control anyway. No lights outside in the pool area so we were unable to utilize the area in the evening for dinner. The no air-conditioning was a big negative as the rooms without ceiling fans got very stuffy when the temperature outside heated up. We would definitely not stay here in the summer time as the whole house was hot and it was only the start of November. Remember to bring bath towels, bath mats, hand towels, tea towels, bed sheets and pillow cases as the property does not provide them! We had to rent all of these as we were coming from Melbourne and it’s not cheap to fit out every bed and also every person with towels. Overall disappointing for the cost of our stay. We won’t be booking this rental again as we see much better value elsewhere.

Perfect family getaway

A gorgeous house so beautifully renovated and styled. Comfy beds and perfect for 2 families. Kitchen was great too. Walking distance to the beach and town. Park your car and you can get everywhere on foot. We had such a lovely holiday. I’d happily return.

Great house in excellent location

Great house in excellent location

The house is very well designed from so many perspectives. It is light, breezy (no air con but with air flow and French doors open it doesn't need it). There were 6 adults and 2 kids and it accommodated us very well despite 2 rooms being bunks. It is 5 minutes to the beach and 10 mins into town walking so had no need for a car. House is very well equipped and has great character - it's easy to see the owners designed and decorated it with love. It's a combination of new and retro Aussie beach house. The pool is a welcome addition although we did spend a lot of time at the beach - reached through a nice pathway at the end of street. Would definitely stay again!

the house had everything you need plus some. so well equipped. even though it wasn't big the floor plan worked really well (we had four adults and four kids there), the pool and decking areas were a great place to relax. only negative is the lack of curtains in the main bedroom and probably the kids rooms were nt really sufficient (made for some early mornings!). great location - check out the top shop just up the hill.

The Florida was fabulous and I woukd highly recommend it to families travelling together. It was so well equipped and had a fun holiday/retro feel. The location was quiet and an easy walk or cab ride into town or up the hill to the Top Shop which is yummy, healthy and trendy! My only negative is the lack of blinds in the master bedroom (made for early mornings) and also the kids bunk rooms were super bright in the morning. We will be back to stay again!!
