Location was good. Outdoor on-site parking.
The hotel was advertised as pet-friendly. However, we were unable to take breakfast, which we had paid for, as there was no area allocated for dog owners. One member of staff told us we could take breakfast in our room and another told us we couldn't. We were told to leave the dog in our room although the hotel's own rules prohibited dogs being left in the room on their own.
We feel that the hotel should not be advertised as pet friendly.
