It is a great hotel in a quiet setting, beautiful views towards Pirin Mountain, with nice recreational facilities. My family and I loved the breakfast and dinner options, the outside swimming pool and jacuzzi, and the fitness. The staff was great and welcoming. There was a proper parking and cozy common areas.
It is very clean, but it seems it would benefit from some carpet and amenities upgrade.
Few additional nice to have suggestions:
— it would have been nice if we had the option for additional towels to supplement the cover mats for the sun-beds
- to have electronic scales in the bathrooms;
- to have staff around the pool to take bar/restaurant orders;
- the fitness, the jacuzzi, the sauna, and the large pool to be restricted for kids under 10…

Staff is very nice, very polite, rooms and facilities are clean and neat, restaurant food is very good , even the coffe is good ( maybe the desserts quality and taste could be improved a bit)
Only one small outdoor pool out of the summer period , the stove in the relax zone was never on fire

We liked absolutely everything: a well-maintained hotel, a clean room, wonderful delicious food for breakfast and dinner, friendly hotel staff, unobtrusive service, a beautiful children's room, large pools with clean water, absolutely everything was incredible and above all expectations. Our child had a birthday and they made a cake for us at our request (we asked in the evening and they already picked it up in the morning)
