Loved our stay!!! Beautiful pool, room and breakfast! Staff were also amazing, beautiful service. Loved everything about it!

Absolutely everything. This place is magical, anything you need is there. If not, the friendliest staff will outstandingly make it happen. I cannot recommend this place enough. Must visit 100/10. Everything impecable, morning breakfast divine, common areas impecable, landscaping/housekeeping top game. Truly a magical place to stay in. The architecture is oasis top. Very private stay too I must say, loved. We rented bikes there, explored every suggestion from the staff around Otranto town that’s 4 minutes away, but enjoyed the feeling of coming back to the Masseria dei Monaci even more haha. We plan on returning every time. Magical romantic couples getaway spot that surpassed our expectations and left an amazing impact within us.

Attractive setting. Lots of seating areas.
Breakfast was a lot of tarts. No pastries and little savoury. Dinner was a disappointment.

The facilities were great .
The service and ambience were just not good enough.
We arrived after a two hour drive a little early knowing our room would not be ready , thinking we could just sit by the pool, only to be turned away .
There was a pool bar but the staff made no effort to see if we would like a drink . We had to go in to reception and ask if we could please have a drink .Some soft music in the background would have been nice . Only style eggs on offer were , boiled eggs.
You couldn’t take there towels to the beach.They had towels you could buy , however when your travelling around for a month , you don’t want to have to pack a towel.
The towels to but were also 30 euro.
We took the room towels to the beach , so they were petty and didn’t replace our towels when they cleaned our room.
Compared to other accomodation for same price it lacked so much attention to detail and service than other places we stay for similar price .
