Beautiful location overlooking the lake. Beautiful view from the balcony room I paid for. Great shower & helpful staff.
There is nowhere for coffee, lunch or even soft drinks outside of breakfast time. The restaurant is not open onsite. The wellness suit is only open from 2pm - 6pm and must be booked at a charge of 20 euros. The room had a very strong overpowering smell of incense and feminine air freshener I had to take this out the room. The cooked breakfast is very low quality with hot dog sausages but the continental breakfast is good though I had to insist on a real cappuccino rather than the very poor machine made one. There really needs to be soft drinks in the mini bar and w coffee machine in the room if the restaurant isn’t open this is a must for a hotel. Also the fragrances used as air fresheners need to be more gender neutral or even better no air fresheners. The air on needs fixing to be used to freshen and cool the rooms.

Great location , ok size room, great views from the window and villa. Free parking , good clean territory.
Room is outdated , mattress is probably is about 5 years old very uncomfortable, top floor room doesn’t have a lift, all the suitcases you will have to carry yourself no one will help you. Breakfast very limited. For the that price we paid for 4 nights you would expect much better service.
