I really enjoyed the evening meals and the way they are set up. Where you have a hot 3 course meal served to your table. That there were multiple options to choose from. That the table was set to your room and you got the same member of the waiting staff each night.
The staff were lovely, special mention for Daniel our waiter.
We enjoyed that there was a family pool and an adults only pool.
The view of the lake was fantastic.
We had a relaxed stay and enjoyable time at the hotel.
We don't really have complaints, the only thing that was a little disappointing was the choice of only 5 spirits included in the all inclusive and that water wasn't available after 10.
Would have been nice to have a sheltered place to go play table tennis when it rained. But this is probably not very often anyway.

Excellent location and view over the lake of our balcony.Two swimming pools were great.parking was plentiful and next to the hotel .staff were very friendly. Food was nice .
Bit disappointed the Air Conditioning does not come on until its 25 degree !
Pillows could of been better quality.
Gin was not all inclusive !

Room, facilities and cleaning was quite good.
Food was the big disappointment. Soup made from instant soup mix served for dinner…
Lots of pasta with low variety. Other options like fish and meat were really on the low end of the quality scale..
