Comfortable beds and big room. Facilities in the room were nice.
Extremely slow check-in and check-out. We waited 20+mins for them to check in one group. Everything has to be filled out on paper?! Location is a bit out of the city center, you can get there by buses that run frequently but not much to eat/do around the hotel. Dodgy parking near the hotel (which you have to walk by to get to city center, better off taking the bus).

The room was nice and clean. It has everything we needed.
The staff at the reception were helpful and friendly.
The service at the restaurant could be improved. Hard to get hold of a waiter, we had to go to the bar multiple times to make requests. Long waiting time to get served.
