additional third bed wasn't comfy. main two beds were very comfy. everyday cleaning was great. 24 hours customer desk is good.
no coffee or tea making facilitating at room. should go to downstairs to get one at machine.

Central and although very awkward there was under ground parking. The parking took some serious manoeuvres 😅
We had cockroaches in the bathroom and we told a member of staff.
