Such a great place! Stayed for 4 nights with our 2 sons (5, 2.5). The apartment felt so cozy, warm and homey and was equipped just right. The yard was full with fresh fruits, a trampoline and racing cars for the kids. Martin was so nice and welcoming, he helped us when needed and really wanted us to be comfortable and pleased. The location is right next to the main street of Mayrhofen which full of restaurants, cafes, a Spar and more. You can walk to the woods and hike around. Playgrounds are close too.
Not a big deal but would have loved to have a bed safety guard for the 2.5 year old.

We were completely satisfied with our stay and would definitely recommend this apartment. The location is excellent – right in the centre of Mayrhofen, just a few steps from the Penken cable car, the main street and the SPAR supermarket. The apartment was very clean, and Martin was an exceptionally friendly and helpful host who was always ready to assist us. Free parking was also a great bonus. We had a wonderful week and would happily stay here again!

Martin was a wonderful host. He was friendly and attentive, and gave us lots of good info. He allowed us to check in early which was much appreciated.
It would be helpful to have an extra receptacle for general waste that is not able to be recycled.

2 minutes walk from the cable car
Martin was amazing and we got a free entrance to the water park daily!
