Clean and well furnished. Close to beach and places to eat.
Air conditioning great, towels replaced regularly, pool well maintained.

the villa was very well maintained, clean and tidy, the pool was great, and was located central to Santandria, Cala Blanca and Ciutadella, the air con was very good and still required this time of the year.
the villa we stayed in was close to a road which at times was noisy with traffic, otherwise all good

The location and the idea of the house is good. Swimming pool is amazing.
The house was not clean, the bathroom smells bad and there was cockaroach in the kitchen. Not easy to find a place for parking close to the house.
