Valerio on reception was absolutely fantastic - could not have been more accommodating. We had A/C issues in one of the rooms and he had a fan up to us in minutes. Couldn't have done more for us if he tried, especially booking on such short notice! Location is great, right on the strip. Pool was lovely and clean, bar staff all very welcoming as well. Rooms were exceptionally clean too!
You can't expect much for such an affordable place, but honestly only the beds I would say were a little lackluster (the sofa bed is almost more comfortable). The stairs are a little inconvenient, especially tackling them at the end of a night, but it's well stated on their site and when you check in as well. At the same time, even just a lift from reception up to the first level at the pool would have removed most of our accessibility issues.

It's was good for the price the rooms need updating and the beds were a bit uncomfortable
The pool was decent the bar stroke restaurant was also good the staff were polite and friendly

The location was good and the receptionist was so lovely.
The apartment was a bit run down and very basic. There was a dreadful drain smell and we reported it. Although something was done about it, it wasn’t resolved.
