Great location, good spa and friendly staff. Emanuel (??) in the gym and spa was really friendly and made us feel very welcome.
Nothing really - we knew the furniture in the rooms would be a little dated from the pictures but it was absolutely fine. Bathroom was brand new and everywhere clean.

To improve and not to criticise: the breakfast could improve in terms of variety for a 5 star… like fresh orange juice, different types of tea, etc.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The service was exceptional, and the staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always happy to help. The breakfast was plentiful, with a great variety of delicious options. Our room was spotless, very comfortable, and made us feel right at home. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a wonderful stay, and I would definitely come back.

Nice hotel with everything you need. Good reataurant too. Could be a 10 but they dont take any care with forgoten things.
If you forget something in the room when checking out, its very possible to disapear.
We forgot one jacket in wardrove and ho back for it at same day evening.
In my opin8on, in this level place should take more care about loosed things
$$$$
