The well preserved old design with proper, functional modern amenities. The host Maureen is also a kind and helpful lady. The parking was super easy to access. Overall 10/10 stay

The convenience of the location was great. The staff were very welcoming, friendly and helpful and the room was great.

Good location, room descent size and nice staff but unfortunately the hotel itself is quite old and needs some attention. The wooden floors are very noisy, and you can hear a lot of movement and noise from other rooms
The bathroom also needs improvement. The towel rack was only attached with one screw and felt loose, and the shower floor was very slippery, which did not feel safe.

The location was as described, not central but close to many bus services.
The property looked shabbier than advertised. Our room had water leak stains on the ceiling and the wall. It was quite worn. It was made to look much nicer in the images than it was in reality.
Our room was at the top of a very very long and narrow and worn out flights of stairs. I would have struggled to get my suitcase there if I had not had my son with me. That was not advertised.
The only place to sit in the room was on the bed. No chairs.
