Located in an office building on the 10th floor right outside Houyi station Exit 4 on the red line which makes coming straight from Kaoshiung airport or travelling around super convenient. The hostel is modern, comfortable and clean. Saturday nights can be alot more busy whereby you might want to wear earplugs to sleep better. Other nights you might be the only person in the room which is nice. The showers have good pressure and heat. Beds are comfortable too with individual charger outlets, lights and curtains for privacy. You also get slippers and individual lockers. The bathrooms are well equipped with hair dryers and there's a fridge, water dispenser and more. City views from the room are lovely and have good air conditioning. Helpful staff are also around from 7am to 10.30pm. Would love to stay again.

- Clean and well kept hostel.
- Equipped kitchen.
- Secure entry to hostel and rooms with keycard.
- Rooms have air conditioning and the building is quiet.
- It would be great to be able to store a bike inside the door to the hostel instead of in the lift area.
- The towel you can buy is a hand towel.
- No bedside lights.
- Lockers don’t fit a large backpack and the dorms are too small to accomodate having them on the ground.

The common space and kitchen are really spacious. Overall it’s very clean and the free juice/tea is nice.
The 8 bed dorms are really small and crowded, especially when it’s completely full. There’s only a small strip to walk, and if you pull out your luggage to get something it blocks that whole portion of the area. Mattress is not even really a mattress, it’s a piece of foam and you can feel the wood underneath when you lay down which gave me back pain. The hostel is hard to locate via maps since you need to enter an apartment and then go up to the 10th floor. It would be helpful if this information was provided in a message after booking. Staff are not welcoming at all. After you check out, you’re not allowed to stay in the common area or use the common space. I was asked to leave at 12pm after checking out because apparently this is their cleaning period (mind you the common space is very big so it’s not like I would have gotten in the way of cleaning by just sitting on the couch). The wifi would often disconnect, especially when streaming videos or on video calls.

"Amazing common area with comfortable seating, a well-stocked kitchen, and big windows for daylight, which is not common. Rooms also had windows, and good beds, all super clean and comfortable."
