Loved this place so much. Unique accommodation in the jungle. Great communications prior to stay. Very friendly and helpful reception team. Quality excursions with excellent local guides arranged by hotel.

The place is amazing. Beautiful, clean, great food at the restaurant with a large variety of food. We had a wonderful time.

The Earth 2 room was comfortable with your own little balcony. Good value. Staff was kind and professional at front desk.
Access to the river.
Very disappointed with the reservation department who I deal with to book our tour directly with the jungle camp. They offered 10% on the lake tour who was originally 1700 bath per person which was well received but then asked a fee of 250 bath for petrol increase per person. Then when we asked to be dropped off 10mn drive away from the pier they charged an extra 500 bath driving back to another local resort like 3km from local 7 eleven. So I thought it was pretty rude! (Paid 700 bath for 71kms back to the airport with a grab). So very unhappy about the full experience as the tour was pretty average overall.
Breakfast was cold and basic.
