The staff were all so nice and helpful. The room was in the middle of the jungle and really private - near no one else. We could see monkeys in the trees next to our room. The hotel also offers plenty activities which were really well organised and fun to do.

Absolutely everything! The location was incredible. The staff were all so kind and able to help with anything. The river was refreshing for a swim. Being among the trees with so much nature around was just bliss. I can't wait to return!
There was not a thing I didn't like, however, if the river wasn't flowing nicely for a swim it may be a little hard to cool down. If you don't like the sound of nature it may not be for you either as the wildlife was noisy, but we loved falling asleep to the sounds of the rainforest ❤️

Incredible, close to nature experience. Beautiful treehouses. Unique accommodation. We stayed in Liana treehouse which was at the end of the path at the start of the nature trail. Very quiet and private with loads of lizards and frogs around.
Everything you need and want is considered in advance and made easy. The staff at reception are lovely and very helpful.
All of the activities we did were fantastic - elephant sanctuary experience, tubing on the river, and above all, the overnight trip to the lake on which we saw wild elephants! (We did the basic overnight, which was so good - don’t bother paying premium to get the private bathroom, the simple houses are actually better for lake view and privacy.)
The restaurant staff were good, but if they had had more energy and enthusiasm for their jobs and for interacting with guests, it would have made a good stay an outstanding one. They didn’t seem too happy on the whole — a bit jaded by fussy guests maybe? They were sometimes unresponsive or didn’t smile or talk when we sought assistance. Possibly a language barrier. They misunderstood our food order at the restaurants several times. Not a biggie, it was still an absolutely fantastic stay and the food was great and a good variety.

Facilities in our bungalow were very poor. Not even a kettle, no fridge. When paying 3000 baht a night we expected more
