I liked this hotel quite a lot, just seemed a nice pleasant place. It is in a great location a few minutes walk from the Paradiso train station, and a short walk into town, you can even take a boat. The breakfast terrace has a nice view out to the lake which is hard to beat on a sunday morning
I was not bothered by anything really about this place, although it is a bit dated, it may not appeal to everyone, it does shows its age a little. Breakfast is extremely basic, ok its not expensive but it is very very basic. And the room air con can be loud

Building look good, location super, restaurant down expensive but nice. All transport near.
On reception very hard to get somebody, in the restaurant on 1st floor, when i came for breakfast, they asked me "do I want checkout" 🫣. Breakfast very primitive, small, not a buffet, good that drinks & coffee included. In the room no drinking water when i arrived and it was +36, no fridge, no kettle. AC was so confused, once working once don't, very old & loud. I think its overpriced, maybe because of summer season.
