The price in this area was good, the roome had a fridge and balcony, it’s located 2,5km from the public beach (free), ~2km from the city center, ~35min by foot, or 5min with bus nr.1.(the hotel give you woutcher for free bus tickets and a discount to funiculier to Monte sansalvatore). The grocery shops are 1 min walking distance. The funikulier to Monte SanSalvatore is 2min walking distance.
The hotel is old and outdated, but you get the beautiful Lugano nature and clean streets for a reasonable price.

Just noting that’s not a new property and little noisy outside with ppl gathering that day.

Everything is close - lake, swimming pool, shops, restaurants, bus stop and train station.
It was a bit dark inside the room. I would appreciate clothes hangers.
