Great location
Limited car park - only 8 for circa 25 rooms - was able to get in the first night, second night not able to use and had to park on street with a near £20 charge.

Staff were brilliant, friendly and helpful and took time with the customers. Nice location close to town and the Hoe
The room I had was tired and I didn't find it comfortable. Curtains were hanging off, and the hook on the back of the bathroom door was broken. There were dirty bits and the skinniest of pillows. A bad sleep
