Excellent location for the theatre and the harbour. Lovely breakfast and very welcoming staff.
Bed was a bit uncomfortable for us.

Location
The room was smelly and I had to have the window open the whole time. This worried me as I felt very vulnerable as a hearing impaired individual and woman

Rooms were reasonable slavishly

Stacked parking was a problem. If a late arrival, you need to leave your keys with reception so your car can be moved to allow early arrivals to get out.
