The view, classical furniture and especially clean.

The location is great, just a short walk from the main street. The food was diverse and good we ate in the hotel in the morning and evening.
the hotel was clean and had several pools to relax after a long day.
The bed in the room was large and comfortable.I also liked that the hotel had small children playing room. The view from the room was also amazing, we could sit on the balcony and see the surrounding mountains.
I didn't like that i had to pay for parking even though the parking was the official hotel parking and it was per day. the children sofa / bed was not large and was not that comfortable.
The gym should get a revamp, it had few old devices.

Breakfast was very good-a variaty of meals and drinks; The spa area. My 4 yearold son enjoyed the play area ( when raining outside) and the pool. Overall, everything was fine.
The 2 restaurants (Cucina Sofia and Tirol) could be more attentive to details (ex: the "snitzel" from the children menu had bones in it; the pizza quatro formaggi had 99% "cascaval" and it was hard to eat);

The hotel itself is okay and the room was comfortable enough, with a decent amount of space for the stay.
The restaurants in the hotel were unfortunately quite poor. The breakfast had a large variety of options, but the quality of the food was lacking overall. You could tell the hotel was probably very nice at some point, but it no longer feels very well maintained. The spa was also extremely crowded and full of children most of the time — having some adults-only hours would greatly improve the experience.
