The hotel is close to the center, 5 minutes by car, 25 minutes by foot. The room was clean and tidy, the breakfast decent.
We had a small problem with payment. The young man at the reception did not record that we had paid for the room, and did not give us a receipt. It was eventually resolved. Always ask for a receipt to show that you have paid.

Only thing that I liked was the friendliness of staff. And got free unpgrade from single to double room.
The breakfast was limited I.e 1 egg, 2 sausage, bread,butter and slice of cheese, no other options, plate was brought to you. Not including diluted juice and coffee with glass of water. Very noisy at times. Also was a group of about 30 students, and they did buffet style breakfast on my last day. By the time the kids ate, no food left and unsure if more was being cooked or not but I simply had enough as them kids were partying in restaurant till around midnight with VERY loud music. If I would have been informed maybe I would have booked another accommodation, or maybe they could have moved me several floors up so I wouldn't have to listen to it. The decor is very dated, and the room only has TV, no hair dryer, no fridge. I wouldn't bother spending a night here again. Very disappointing.
