Great location, lovely staff, clean property, stable WiFi.
Slightly limited breakfast options- healthier options would have been appreciated (fresh fruit etc). Bed without headboard was a bit uncomfortable.

It’s cosy and homely. Pub downstairs is handy for a drink and pub grub.

Nice location and the room was nice
We Had to be out of the room by 10am which is very early considering other hotels are 11am even 12pm and to be out by 10am felt all rushed and stressful. So it should be later and changed.
Also the breakfast should be included for the expense of the room. It’s not a cheap place to stay and breakfast would be nice to have and included with the room.
Also we asked if you had to book a table to have a meal and got told we did not have to. But we got down about 6.15pm to find all the tables were full and some staff were sitting on one table cleaning the cutlery and doing paper work. Do this table could have been used to of sat customers instead of the staff taking up the table. The staff should do their work behind the scenes not right out in public where people are going to eat. Also there was a new member of staff who had not long started. A dark haired middle aged woman who had a miserable face on her because it was busy and she had to do a couple of things. She did not like it when we asked her a couple of things and considering she was new, she did not have a good attitude and should be trained how to deal with the public and be polite.
