Bed was comfortable and good sized. Ensuite bathroom was very good to have. Water pressure and hot water were great. Breakfast items such as oatmeal and bagels, juice, coffee were available and the kitchen was at our disposal. I really like that they asked us to remove shoes upon entering, it helps keep the floors clean. Really nice stop on the road from Haines to Homer, quite restful. Location is a good stretch away from the main road, so it was peaceful. Fast Eddie's is the only show in town for chow and it had everything and then some, a few miles away.
Unfortunately, many folks could/did not read the sign about shoes and just trekked in their dirt. I might have liked some hard boiled eggs, but the oatmeal was good to have. Toilet seat was loose but I didn't get a chance to report that as we were leaving early.

The property was very clean and the landscaping and flowers were lovely . The beds in the twin room were uncomfortable and we hated having our bathroom in the hallway. The communal kitchen was immaculate and well equipped. Was not impressed with the cheap highly processed cereal choices and sugary sunny delight for orange juice . Probably the worst Airbnb breakfast we have ever had. There was no fruit or yogurt..
