A beautiful home in the middle of historic Rome, close to so much, and yet tranquil and restful. The building is nestled into the middle of the city block, so street noise is at a bare minimum, even with the windows open. And you will want to open the windows, to take in the neighbors’ gardens and the scent of honeysuckle in the spring. The rooms are large and comfortable, and so is the bed. I stayed for 33 nights, and felt very much at home as a single traveler, in a quiet building in a safe neighborhood. Highly recommended! The photos and amenities listed represent the property accurately. Everything was in good working order and clean. It felt like home. Emma was a delightful hostess and very helpful. I would stay here again.

The host was fully responsive. The apartment was a good size for two people. The location was great for access to buses and walkable to many sites. It was very quiet, being away from busy streets; it’s located on a narrow cobblestone street. There is a small grocery (Pam local) right around the corner, and larger ones not far away. There are plenty of nearby restaurants.

Our host, Emma, was flexible when flight plans changed (delays), knowledgeable of the area, and gave great food recommendations. The apartment was so surprisingly quiet! It was peaceful and spacious for just two people. It had everything we needed, with a little convenience store just a minute away. It was a comfortable stay.
