Food and staff excellent
Our room was cold, not enough warm bedding, it was a very cold night. The bathroom needed some grab rails or somethingto hold onto. The stool for the shower was flimsy, not fit for the purpose . Consequently my husband fell in the bathroom , fortunately he wasn't badly hurt but could have been avoided if he had something to steady himself.

The Lord Byron has that quaint village pub feel about it, while being ideally situated for the M11 and for Cambridge. The staff are wonderfully friendly and helpful, the food is delicious, there’s a great selection of beers and the rooms are very comfortable and great value for money. Highly recommended

Breakfast was good, hot and filling.
Location suited our needs for an appointment.
Strange smell in the room, bathroom cold till you turned on a blow heater which when using the wash hand basin was very uncomfortable, very stiff tap for a disabled room, water just flows super slow.
