Location, free parking, buffet breakfast, very clean. Useful Full Bar also offering coffee and limited food and pastries.
AC in room did not work, we paid for top floor room at much higher rate. Hotel did not fix it or offer alternative room. They did send the van driver to look at it, he did nothing

The location is excellent. Also, the food in the restaurant is good. Staff are polite. The shuttle is quick and convenient, and pretty easy to arrange.
The room smelled funny. It seemed a little moldy. Some things seemed painted over hastily. The beds were hard, sheets were scratchy, and pillows weren't particularly comfortable. Check-in counter seemed to get overwhelmed pretty easily. The restaurant seemed to be trying a bit too hard to be fancy, but you get packaged crackers and they indicate that several items are just heated rather than fresh. That's all fine, but it'd be good to then make it seem a little less fancy.
