Good room, good breakfast

We booked a room with "airport transportation" included. Nowhere in the booking.com booking was mentioned any further detail. Nevertheless, the reception claimed only shuttle from the airport to the hotel is included. We were not allowed to use the airport shuttle from the hotel back to the airport without additional payment. Also, the booking mentioned a breakfast price of 10 euro. They charged 12 euro.

Toilet seat was completely cracked. that is a way to harbour bacteria thanks ! because i arrived at midnight it was too late for me to do anything about it The rooms are not very soundproof. I could hear everything from the shower, bathroom area of next door

Breakfast dont justify the price

The room was clean and comfortable. There was a open buffer breakfast with variation. The staff from the hotel picked me up with a shuttle in the night from the airport (€13). For me the price is totally fine. There is a bus station 300 m away from the hotel, where I could easily take a bus to the city centre of Bologna.

The light in front of the mirror in my room was blinking all the time when it was turned on.

Il albergo era bello fuori

Apparently this hotel is very nice, I found it on booking. everything looked perfect! the moment we arrive at the hotel, I check in and leave my bags in the room to go and have dinner at the hotel's restaurant. Then we went to the room to sleep. While staying in the room and talking with my friends, I saw an insect that flew into the room, my friend caught it and threw it out the window because I suffer from insect phobia. The moment the window was opened, there were more than 10 insects in the curtain that started flying around the room. I, being a person phobic towards insects, as soon as I saw them, I fainted. Thanks to the help of my friends, I was wet with water, they gave me sugar and I went down to the reception to ask for a change of room. After many prayers at the reception, they told us that there was no free room. There I panicked more and I decided to call the police, BUT only then, surprisingly, they found a room to change. For a 4-star hotel and for that price, it is absurd that the room has insects that were in the curtains and had not been removed. Imagine the cleanliness of this type of hotel. That night we did not sleep because I was very anxious.
