Posizionato vicino al centro , Gestori cortesi , come tutti i Bolognesi che abbiamo incontrato . Alloggio pulito e confortevole ( condizionatore silenziosissimo). Non mancava nulla , tutto ok

aangenaam en proper appartement, iets buiten het centrum maar met een goeie wandeling kom je overal makkelijk, het is veilig stappen naar het centrum en in de buurt zijn er ook eetgelegenheden. Was tof dat er een ruime keuken was waar we koffie konden maken alsook eigen ontbijt voorzien.
soms leek de tijd stil te staan: ene kalender stond nog op 2020 en en andere kalender op dec 2025. Sommige poeders om koffie/thee te maken waren net vervallen en dat gaf niet zo een goeie indruk. Er hing in de keuken ook een blad met uitleg voor een koffiemachine maar die stond er niet meer. Maar leve de bialetti koffie :-)

La ubicación
La limpieza de los utensilios de café. La cafetera de cápsulas no funcionaba se retiro e medio de la estancia, la cafetera de goteo estaba con el filtro puesto usado y sin lavar después de 5 días seguía igual y las tres cafeteras italianas viejas y muy descuidadas, se podrian comprar facilmente otras tres el coste no es tan grande.
La habitación 1, poco luminosa hay una pequeña terraza pero un árbol tapa la luz, además la terraza no estaba barrida y había un cenicero lleno de colillas cuanto llevaran ??
