The room is spacious. The mattress is perfectly firm. Pillows were soft and comfortable.
The huge bathroom with a bathtub!
Every morning they put two bottles of water in the fridge for us. Also there were some cakes, coffee and tea in the kitchen.
And right across the street there is a laundromat! Good one btw.
A couple of times there was an unpleasant smell coming from the shower drain.
The room faced a noisy street, but with the window closed, it was surprisingly quiet inside.

Great apartment, very beautiful and tidy. The kitchen is stocked with drinks, fruit, and snacks, as well as a coffee machine. The location is great if you want to visit the centre of the city, as well as the hills close by.
The staircase up to the apartment can be dark later in the evening.

I loved it! Room was comfortable, spacious, bright and clean, design was amazing and it was super close to bars and restaurants. Also house staff (Elena) was super kind :)
I found the instructions to get in super clear and easy. (I didn't use the elevator but the stairs)
There is a kitchen area with a coffee machine, water and snacks which I appreciated a lot.
I loved the building, I will definitely pick this place next time I'm in Bologna again!

The apartment was beautiful, clean with vintage aesthetic. The self-service kitchen very helpful. The location also very convenient.
Just a small issue in communication when going there, but after I finally got the check-in instructions all was good.
