Excellent selfservice breakfast, plenty of choice, they manage to keep scrambled eggs warm without being rubbery. All the staff were friendly and very helpful. A traditional Spanish hotel in a excellent location.

The hotel was fine, its not a modern hotel a bit dated but very comfortable and quiet. The location is a good 15-20 minute walk to bus station, but their is bus and tram option from front of hotel to bus station and down into the town which is a 10min walk.
The one big problem i had was Internet connection was terrible, extremely very intermitten meaning stop start, stop start, hard job just to download photos from GooglePhotos to harddrive, and watching Kick Streams was tough. All 3 nights were bad, poor network.

We were staying one night as I had an operation booked at the hospital across the road from Princesa Ana. The hospital is literally 5 minutes walk from the hotel, and we could see it from our room balcony. The bedroom was clean and roomy, with comfortable beds and efficient air con (we stayed in a heat wave). We didn't eat in the hotel, but we had and drink in the bar, and played cards in the comfortable lounge. Underground parking is available, for 15€ per day, and although we overstayed the 24 hours, by about 3 hours, we weren't charged any extra. Because of the hotel's proximity to the hospital, they must get a lot of patients stay there.
Some of the public areas looked a little tired, but not too bad.

Breakfast was good and had a great food selection.
The staff was pleasant and kind. Location was ok!
The room was small, without windows and daily light, not really comfortable, more like a broom closet.
One of the towels was wet and the room itself was really cold. Not really worth the price
