The staff, location, breakfast and facilities
Wasn’t clear about fire exit, had few earthquakes during our stay.

Lovely room with a bath, which was a bonus! Reception staff really friendly and accommodating.
Pool overcrowded at times and needs someone to oversee. Floor around pool area was very wet and slippery - we saw at least 3 children fall over.

The property is not furnished to a high standard, the bed and mattresses were uncomfortable and the whole place screams of cheap decor. We arrived late on night when there was a black out. The reception had lights on but no one told us that there is no light in the room. The rooms were hot and no one bothered to open the window despite the fact that the hotel did not have no power for more than few hours. We were told that there is no food and we can have something from the canteen like chilled water etc. There wasn’t much and we were charged nearly 4 small Pringles, 4 cokes, 2 small packets of crisps, 2 teas, 2 small bottles. On top of that, we were charged 16 Euros a night for parking. It is a below average hotel with not particularly friendly staff.
