It was in a lovely location. The room was clean and comfortable and sitting on the balcony was a joy.
The air conditioning was not working when we were there but the staff were very apologetic and offered us a fan if the heat became too much. The rooms had only been open for a little while so I think just some teething issues.

A Heartfelt Welcome
What sets this place apart immediately is the incredible warmth of the owners, Simon and Julia. From our very first greeting, they made us feel less like passing hotel guests and more like long-awaited friends. Julia’s attentive hospitality and genuine care radiated through every interaction, while Simon’s passion for winemaking added a captivating layer to our stay. They have cultivated a genuine "home away from home" atmosphere which is warm, unpretentious, and deeply relaxing. A special shout-out for the front office member of staff who kindly gave a lift into town after finishing work. It truly is a remarkable place.

The hotel (comun areas) is nice, the rooms are commun.
The hotel is nice, but when they close the restaurant, the hotel seems deserted and you can't enjoy everything you see in the photos... It's useless that the hall and the common areas are very nice. If you arrive after mid-afternoon, there is no one! It looks like an abandoned hotel and it is difficult to contact someone to enter your room: I arrived at 7:30 PM in August and I stayed 1 hour until I got the key to the room: I had to rummage through the drawers and the list of guests that I was at the counter (privacy and security of personal data? a joke!) to get the keys. With no customers to arrive, the staff went home and did not forward any phone numbers to their mobile! I called all the possible telephone numbers (reservation, web, emails, etc) and they rang at the empty reception desk itself? ? what a lack of professionalism! The next morning and to try to apologize, they gave me a bottle of wine... the cheapest they had (€6)! which makes it even clearer that there is no intention to improve. if you are going to arrive after 5 PM, go to another hotel!
