We had a wonderful stay at this hotel and honestly couldn’t have asked for much more. Everything was amazing, from the beautiful surroundings and comfortable room to the overall atmosphere and service. The hotel was clean, welcoming, and well looked after, and we really enjoyed our time there. We would definitely stay again and would happily recommend it to others.
The biggest issue we had was that the room didn’t have air conditioning, which was quite difficult, especially as it was warm. Thankfully, there was a small fan in the room, which helped a lot and made things much more comfortable. The hotel was also extremely busy, so unfortunately our room wasn’t ready until around 5pm. However, the receptionist was incredibly nice, helpful, and accommodating, which really made the situation easier. We also had a less pleasant experience with the lady serving breakfast, which was disappointing. That said, these were only a few minor issues and did not take away from how amazing everything else was. Overall, we had a fantastic stay and would definitely come back.

no reception upon arrival (keys in envelope on desk) and room was difficult to find, hardly any indications.
The 'single' room was a one person bed, I would have like to know upfront.
I was 5' too late for breakfast and the buffet was still there, they refused to give me breakfast!
