Staff polite.
Appartment nice and big.
Very good location nearby a supermarket ,restaueants. Plus easy to arrive by car to Bruges, Gent, Ostend and Brussels.
the room and amenities did not meet expectations based on the booking description.
A few specific areas need improvement:
Kitchen setup: The kitchen had a table with only two chairs, even though the room had space for four people.
Missing amenities: There were no hand towels or basic cleaning supplie sprovided for the kitchen area.
Cleaning service: My booking explicitly stated "daily cleaning," but this did not happen.
When I raised the issue and mentioned I should not pay the cleaning fee, the staff handled the situation very politely. They promised to resolve the cleaning issue, but unfortunately, the room was still not properly cleaned afterward. Only one time in a week. They through the rubbish almost everyday.

Seems very expensive
Only one key card is quite annoying...every time I have to get something from the car my family was left without electricity power into the room...was for short period of time but still not good

Everything in the room is "tired". A lot of mosquitos and mosquito kill stains on the walls/ceiling. The toilet door is sliding and couldn't be closed. Do not recommend it.
