Room is comfortable with good Air Con and a few pictures on the wall. Cleaning was good. Reception were fine. Location is excellent, close to the railway station and on the Grote Markt. Comms were clear about the scam (unauthorised messages from random numbers, asking for advance payment) that this travel website refuse to do anything to stop.
Breakfast is over-priced at 23 Euros and finished at 10am so didn't indulge. Strangely, no toilet brush, so suggest bringing your own.

Good location. Good size room.
They told me it would take 3 working days to return my deposit against charges. That was 6 days ago, we have no charges to pay.
