A estadia foi razoavel.

O rececionista foi bastante simpático e prestável. E estava tudo limpo!

O único problema foi ter ficado no 3 piso e uma vez que tinha uma janela no telhado, com a chuva, não deu para dormir porque era muito barulho.

Localização

Limpeza, instalações deterioradas, sem elevador, entrava muito frio pelas janelas, péssima insonorização, almofada super alta e dura.

Great value for money. Great location.

Perfect river-front location for exploring Coimbra. Inexpensive, no-frills, great value for money. Clean, great for short stays. Lovely old building with very high ceilings. The best thing was that I could open the windows to the cool river breeze (notwithstanding the traffic noise) at night - bliss.

There is no lift, so lugging a heavy bag up 2 flights of stairs was a drag. If you did want to stay in for bit, the TV was too far up the wall to make it viable. The shower cubicle was a tad too small for a 6ft lad, so I had to open the door for more room to lather up.

O hotel muito bem situado.

A localização muito boa.

A minhas sobrinha foi operada no Hospital dos Covões e teve alta logo de seguida e quiz cancelar a estádia e não foi possível, pois já tinha pago e as taxas de turismo, e não devolveram o dinheiro. Perdi duas noites que não usufrui.

Não corresponde ao nome Internacional - Péssima!

Estava super cansada da viagem e deparei me com um quarto a cheirar mofo, muito pequeno e desconfortável. Reclamei e a Sra responsável mudou-me logo para outro quarto. Tive que pagar mais 2,50€ +1.00€ por cada dia. Neste outro quarto a cama era de molas, as almofadas muito dura. A porta não fechava completamente. +82€ por 2 noites. Apenas uma noite utilizada.

Fui para Coimbra para celebrar meu aniversario e de acordo com as más condições não consegui dormir...não consegui descansar e sai do hotel e fui procurar outro para que eu pudesse realizar o meu objetivo. Era meu aniversário eu merecia uns dias especiais.

Mold everywhere

The staff was extremely nice and helpful. The location is as well but that's all from the positives.

The rooms had a lot of mold inside. As soon as I saw the mold in the room, that I was given I went back to the reception to ask them for another room. The receptionist immediately gave me a key of another room, but the condition of the other room was almost the same. Instead of doing the bad everyday in the absence of guests and changing the towels (which is unnecessary) the cleaning lady should use a proper detergent get rid of the mold or even to make any reconstruction works that are needed because it is very unhealthy to be inhaling the mold. Additionally, it's a very noisy hotel. The walls are thin and the doors are old so you can hear almost everything that other guests are doing in their rooms. Also there's a frequent road right next to the hotel so the cars make noise during the night as well. I know that the price of this accommodation is relatively low but it doesn't mean that the guests don't deserve the room to be clean.

Small room with low scores for cleanliness

Good location

This hotel has a 7 for cleanliness. I now know what that means. The hallway carpet had not been vacuumed in a while. The room was not clean. I asked for additional cleaning. The room was so tiny I could turn off the bathroom light from my bed.

Tudo excelente. E simpatia geral do tratamento da estadia por parte do staff. Quarto excelente. Com janela panorâmica do Rio de Coimbra. A 2 minutos da Estação Ferroviária de Coimbra. Eu e minha mulher ficamos muito satisfeitos com a estadia.

The location was fantastic. Easy access to Coimbra A station, walked to the tourist highlights and the staff were very friendly.

Per il prezzo è ok

Posizione della struttura, buon prezzo, reception attiva anche a tarda notte, personale cordiale, aria condizionata in stanza, presenza del bidet.

Pochissimo spazio per passare tra letti e parete, con Tv appesa al muro ad altezza testa proprio sul passaggio (facilissimo sbattere). In generale potevano essere più puliti.

Localização e disposição dos funcionários.

Limpeza da casa de banho pois, a porta do duche estava suja e os copos de vidro que se encontravam no lavatório igualmente. As almofadas era muito duras.

A funcionária foi prestável, avisou previamente que aquela zona era perigosa depois das 21:00 horas.

O alojamento é muito antigo, a limpeza deixou a desejar, ligo na entrada se via sujeira nas escadas, etc.

A localização

Fiz a reserva pelo Booking às 23h, cheguei no hotel por volta das 2h da manhã e o senhor da receção insistia que não tinha reserva, mesmo eu mostrando o comprovante. Fiquei bastante tempo esperando e quase precisei implorar por um quarto.

Não gostei que o funcionário exigisse ficar com a chave do quarto pelo motivo de eu sair e regressar depois das 00h. Por insistência minha guardei a chave mas houve alguma renitência em que isso acontecesse.

Vicino alla stazione

La struttura si presenta con una serie di camere con bagno in camera. La camera è pulita e il personale molto carino. Si trova vicino alla stazione, comunque non molto distante anche dal centro con una bella camminata.

La camera è piccolina e non c'è l'ascensore. Sono 3 piani quindi potrebbe non essere un problema. Il bagno un po piccolino. L'arredamento è sicuramente da aggiornare in tutta la struttura.

Quarto limpo, funcionários educados e atenciosos. Internet funciona.

A conservação do quarto é ruim. A porta de entrada mal instalada, continha frestas entre o fechamento da porta e o batente.Marcas de queimado de cigarro nas mesinhas, mau cheiro intenso vindo do banheiro. Carpetes sujos e bem puídos nas escadas e corredores (poderiam ser removidos). Não tem sequer uma geladeira no saguão, com bebidas para comprar ao menos uma água.
