Great location, right on main square
Lovely large room with tv and sink and wardrobe space
Shared bathroom was no problem, large hot shower
The staff are lovely cleaners do a great job so do reception staff, all very pleasant
Very happy that they stored my luggage until after I checked out, so grateful
The only issue was that there were ants in my bedroom, luckily they didn't come near me or the bed, just stay around some of my food items.
There is also no lift, lots of stairs, wasn't an issue for me as I had only a backpack

The staff member I interacted with was wonderful!
I think the colour scheme of the bedding was not very aesthetic and the overall aesthetics in the room can be improved - like the paint on the woodwork and the coverings on the TV stool.
The ensuite was not well placed.

Very well located accommodation, but I recommend not staying on the top floor. There was no air at all due to the heat. Even the additional fans in the room did not help.
The location was very good, but that was the only positive thing.
