Clean. Perfect location. The best customer service. Would recommend to all.
The hot water was incredibly hot too the point it scolded me. I think this needs looking at as to not cause harm to anyone else, particularly children.

The room was big

it was hard to get to the apartment with our car (Renault capture 1.2) because it is in a steep street and ony one way; however parking these is posssible (in front of the building) we noticed during the day there were many spots, but we found one place in the public parking in front of the cathedral or similar, 3 mins away
the noise from the other guest was very loud as our room faced the street and also was next to the stairs that lead to the breakfast room
the breakfash was not very good... the coffee wasnt tasty at all unfortunately, only a few options for vegetarians (cheese) and many pastries, would not recommend

Modern, fresh and sparkling clean property centrally located in the historical district which provided a good breakfast. Was able to checkin at midday, following our early arrival.
Nothing substantial, with the exception that the local guests could have been quieter in the hallways after midnight.

The location was great and there was a free parking area nearby the hotel
The room and the bathroom were much smaller than we expected with no place even for the towels in the bathroom. We were not able to use the air conditioning because it had a very bad smell when it was on. The bathroom door was not working properly, you could get stuck in there if someone was not in the room to open from exterior. The breakfast was not great, poor in choice.
