The staff is professional and friendly, very helpful and funny in a good way.
There was a loose tile in my bathroom, but that's the only complaint. It did not affect my stay or impact my opinion of the room.

Breakfast was great after breakfast. I needed some ice for a cooler. It was provided from the breakfast guy wonderful service. The survey is demanding too much typing even talk to text a little comment is enough don’t be greedy. How’s that?
Nothing could be better. The survey asked too many questions that could be better. Two or three sentences. Seems kind of stupid if I had a problem I’d let you know. I think the problem is the survey. The hotel was great. The survey sucks.

The breakfast staff.
The fact that I could not control the temperature in my room. It was controlled by the front desk and we froze all night despite three phone calls to the front desk. They also did not provide enough towels for three people and did not follow theough to get us more.
