Everything! They were great on communicating through WhatsApp, the apartment is SO clean and organized! Also super close to a metro station and less than 10 min walk to the Fontana, so definitely a great place 💓 We can’t wait to be back!!!

The host was very kind and helpful. We were able to check in early, one hour before 14:00. The room was clean, and it was cleaned every day. The location is just a 5–7 minute walk from the Trevi Fountain. Overall, the experience was very good :)
The only thing we didn’t like was the shower. The water pressure was very strong, and you couldn’t balance the hot and cold water — it was either too hot or too cold, and you couldn’t get it somewhere in between. But it wasn’t a big deal, so I wouldn’t say it was an important issue. :)

The lovely lady who welcomed us was absolutely charming and incredibly kind.
The accommodation was spotless, spacious, very well maintained, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The air conditioning was a huge plus, especially during the summer in Rome.
Everything was perfect from start to finish. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it!

Good location with easy access to metro, close to trevi fountain and good restaurants nearby. Large room. Elevator available for luggage.
Room was very knocked around which made it feel old and uncared for - chips in walls, paint missing and rust in bathroom. Bed was hard with what felt like a cheap mattress which caused you to roll into the middle. Wifi dropped out regularly.
