Beaulieu La Source

It is in a quiet setting, in a small hamlet. The room was super clean and freshly decorated. Breakfast is a communal affair around the kitchen table. The hosts are warm, welcoming and helpful.

My only comment on this is, do not try to arrive at the property via Descente de Beaulieu as Google Maps will tell you to. it is a very narrow, no through road. Options for turning around are minimal to non existent. Arrive in the daylight and use the alternative route from the main road.

Rien

Lovely location and super clean room. Powerful shower and comfortable bed although it’s a small double! Good breakfast.

Room was very small, low ceiling with a rough beam leading to toilet which needs some padding as if you are over five foot and catch your head you’d end up with a serious head bleed! It would have been nice to know the room is an only suitable for one night and not a room to relax in…only one small chair which means the other person has to sit on the bed if you have an hour to kill. Wash basin so small you can’t fill the kettle up or wash in it.
