Close to the beach, quite location, friendly and attentive Staff, clean rooms and comfortable bed.
Some little details were missing. When we arrived the room did not have the toiletries and we have to call to the receptionist for it.
Only mention this bc we got to the hotel in the night after a long trip.

The staff were lovely (esp the girl at front desk & young guy at restaurant), the breakfast was nice, the location was good & the rooms were clean and spacious. The water pressure in the shower was fantastic and the beds/pillows were very comfortable.
The air conditioning was super weak & room never really cooled down enough. The bathroom shower set up was ridiculous as water sprayed out of shower all over floor.

The hotel is in a quiet place, has free parking and access to a beach club which is very good specially if you visit during high season. The beach club is not walking distance, so it might be an issue if you don't have a car. The breakfast had several products to chose from.
We booked a room with balcony (and we paid more for it) but the balcony had wall view, which was very disappointing. There was no view at all except the wall. When we used the shower, there was water in the whole bathroom, even though there was a curtain in the shower. We reported this situation in the evening and we were told the situation would be solved by the technical team. In the next day they only sent the cleaning team and offered us more towels.
