DESCRIPTION
Large holiday villa with a private pool located in Calpe, with capacity to accommodate up to 24 people. The property consists of four independent apartments of approximately 80 m² each, distributed over two floors and featuring separate entrances. Set on a large flat plot within walking distance to the beach, it is ideal for large groups or big families.
INTERIOR
The property comprises four independent apartments:
EACH APARTMENT (4 IN TOTAL)
Features its own private entrance, a living-dining room, and a separate kitchen fully equipped with a ceramic hob and dishwasher. The sleeping area in each apartment offers three bedrooms: one bedroom with a double bed and two bedrooms with two single beds each. Additionally, each apartment includes an independent bathroom with a shower. Only two of the four apartments also feature an extra guest toilet.
Regarding air conditioning, each of the four apartments has an air conditioning unit in the living-dining room and another air conditioning unit in the hallway to help cool the rooms when internal doors remain open. The bedrooms do not have individual air conditioning units.
EXTERIOR
The completely flat plot features a large 12 x 5 metre rectangular private pool with Roman steps (depth ranging from 0.80 m to 1.80 m), an outdoor shower, and a sunbathing terrace equipped with sun loungers and parasols. Access to the pool area includes an adapted ramp for guests with reduced mobility. The outdoor grounds also offer several shaded pergolas, a built-in barbecue for outdoor dining, a petanque court, a table tennis table, and private parking within the plot for 8-9 vehicles.
LOCATION
Located in an accessible area of Calpe. It is just a 1.2 km walk from the Arenal-Bol sandy beach, promenade, restaurants, and main amenities. Calpe town centre is located approximately 1.5 km away.

This property was clean, well finished to a high standard with a fantastic swimming pool, table tennis, french boules court and a great barbeque area.
We needed something big,and fit for up to 24 guests for my partners 50th birthday celebrations. It certainly was the place we were lookin for. 4 large apartments which slept 6 in each comfortably with all mod cons.
Also it had lots of parking space and we also found tomatoes growing on the grounds which we used........
I am considering returning next year as we had such a great week.
