The ambience , clean, distance close to ranau town (within 30 minutes), weather is warm (suitable for senior citizens), car monitor worker frm selera kebun also friendly and helpful👍🏻

Location next to selera Kebun, Kopi Saigon. Easy access to any area in Kundasang. Attentive staff. Family friendly.
Parking can be linited because we need to share with customers of Selera Kebun. House number 2, there is no real kitchen inside but we can cook outside of the house. Sink for cooking purposes are in front of house 1 and 6

The Accomodation had a relatively well equipped kitchen where we could make breakfast and dinner. Beautiful garden.
The very steep mainroad is just meters away from where you sleep. This took me by surprise and was very disappointing. It is probably the noisiest place I’ve tried to fall asleep in. It’s relatively quite between 10:00-5:00ish

Nothing much except location..
1. Karaoke untill 11pm. What nuisance!
2. Amenities in the room is very basic
3. Area doesnt seem well mantained
4. There's no mt kinabalu view as claimed
