Lovely little place just off the Voie Sacree near Verdun, perfect for an overnight stay on the way to Calais. The bedrooms have a separate entrance to the restaurant, and as it's an old building they are a bit rustic, but recently refurbished and very comfortable. The staff are also lovely. The main attraction though has to be the restaurant, which is outstanding. The dinner we had there was the best we'd had in our 3 weeks touring France and Italy.

The terrace, apart from the midges.
Bedroom was poor. Very warm in the roof with no fan. Food was limited and adequate.
