I liked how easy valet parking was a little pricey but to be expected in a city. I loved the location and the ease of dealing with check in and out and that Starbucks was right through the lobby!
That there wasn’t no mattress protectors on the mattresses but they were bug free

Liked access to the gym, the rooftop restaurant, the breakfast that's offered every morning, the pillows, the location of the hotel, and the kind and accommodating staff.
The mattresses were too hard. The TV didn't have an option to access streaming service, such as Netflix, Prime, etc.
