Nice hotel, great location!
Do NOT use the valet parking, total ripoff, pay to play scam, waited 45 minutes for our car this morning. Many who submitted their parking ticket got their car before us!! I tipped $20 @ drop off yesterday & was ready to tip another $20 at pickup….screw that…total joke!! Even went into the hotel 30 min after checkout to question…they quickly blamed it on 3rd party! Never going back, reeks of typical Chicago!!
